Most of our fixed-scope reviews cost between £5,000 and £7,500 + VAT. They involve at least a week of dedicated work by both of us, typically including two site visits and conversations with key members of the business.

Restructuring

We took over the running of a 30-year-old family group of four companies spanning manufacturing, construction, design and community projects. The group was loss-making. We restructured it, closed the businesses that couldn’t be made viable and took the rest into profit. We then modernised the profitable companies and prepared them for sale or transfer within the family.

Regulatory

A 20-person brokerage needed a full restructure and a new regulatory application. We worked with them from the initial concept through planning to submission, covering reorganisation, systems, governance and the application itself.

Startup

After turning down an application to The Startup Harbour, we joined forces with the founder and reshaped the concept into something much bigger. We took equity instead of fees and handled everything from finance and product to operations and distribution. The app has launched and agreed terms with its first distribution partners.
